@Client Services is an internet based software tool that provides clients with easy yet secure access to their specific account portfolio 24/7. This technology allows our clients to post payments remotely, place single or multiple accounts, view statistical reports, and view our action matrix which is a history of collector actions.

Dialer System
VIC III is a predictive dialer which speeds up our collector ratio of contact that exceeds over 200% the amount of calls they make each day. Our dialer system sends automated calls, leaves messages, and connects us with the party we are reaching at a faster rate than ever before. Our fully integrated predictive dialer offers text to speech, campaign schedulers, and right party verification in one complete package.

Pay Data Center
Pay Data Center (PDC) is a single payment solution, combining and streamlining multiple payment relationships into one easy to use process. This solution, combined with detailed integrated reporting, provides a complete e-pay system streamlined to collect payments on past due accounts. PDC allows us to have a payment platform with the benefit of offering a wide variety of payment options including check by phone, ACH, post dated checks, and all major credit cards.

We use a high tech secure firewall that safeguards all information you place with us and our systems from the outside world. Compliance issues exist at both the state and federal level regarding security and privacy.
