Bonded Adjustment Bureau has been in business for over 89 years! Established 1921 in Salt Lake City and incorporated in 1959; Bonded Adjustment Bureau is the oldest collection agency in the State of Utah.

We carry the knowledge, experience, integrity, and strong skill set attributes that we apply in doing business. Owner Gary Thomas has served as president since 1971 and has over 40 year’s collection experience.

Bonded Adjustment Bureau as a collection agency strictly adheres to all State and Federal laws including the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and HIPAA. Our company is also a member and an accredited agency with the American Collectors Association and Utah Association of Collectors.
